Sarah and Claire, the founders of Property Solutions have grown the business from strength to strength over the last three years. As a natural progression they realised that they had to take things forward into the property sales market.

Sarah understands how important it is to engage with her clients having been in the local sales industry for 14 years.

At Property Solutions Sarah is responsible for business development and having worked with investors to increase their portfolios over the last eight years, is able to offer independent advice on investment buying opportunities.

Before going into business together, Claire, the Director and co-founder of Property Solutions, was Sarah’s lettings agent for many years. One of Property Solutions two ARLA members and a hugely experienced lettings industry expert, having been head hunted to set up a lettings arm for a local estate agent making it a huge success.

She then founded Property Solutions with Sarah. Claire is the first port of call at PS if you are looking to let your property.

Lisa has 17 years experience within the lettings industry and is Property Solutions second ARLA member. Lisa’s specialism is tenancy law and best practice, and she deals with the full management of the property lettings and management portfolio, including client and tenant contracts, renewals and legal issues.

Rachel has been with Property Solutions since day one. She is uniquely placed to understand what makes your rental property successful and is therefore responsible for maintaining the standard of our clients’ property – from the point at which you entrust it to us to let, to the point at which we hand it back to you. Rachel carries out regular inspections at each of our properties, from which we produce our quarterly written inspections report, something to which we are 100% committed to.

Alice is responsible for the marketing of our available properties. Once you place your property with Property Solutions, Alice is immediately in contact to ascertain your needs, and will ensure your property is given the best possible exposure it deserves. She works quickly and effectively and is constantly in dialogue with our clients.

Alice enjoys talking to potential buyers to find the right property for them and will keep you, the client, updated every step of the way.
